Sinopsis Drama Korea Item

The Item menceritakan tentang kisah perjalanan seorang jaksa yang bernama Kang Gon (Joo Ji Hoon), dia ini dikenal sebagai seorang jaksa yang taat pada hukum dan memiliki hati yang begitu hangat.

Suatu ketika, dia berusaha untuk menyelamatkan keponakannya sendiri. Namun, hal tersebut ternyata malah membuat dia masuk ke dalam sebuah konspirasi yang besar dan tanpa dia duga hal itu ternyata juga memiliki keterkaitan dengan sebuah barang yang memiliki kekuatan supranatural yang begitu kuat. Hingga akhirnya dia melakukan kerjasama dengan seorang wanita yaitu Shin So Young (Jin Se Yun), yang merupakan seorang profiler criminal.

Mereka berdua mencoba untuk mengungkapkan konspirasi yang mengitari benda-benda yang memiliki kekuatan magis dan gaib itu.
